Celina Epp Episode
In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Celina Epp. I am a 45 year old single momma to 2 boys (4 &11). A mens rights advocate for the past 2 years. My alternative therapy practice began 20 years ago and has continued to evolve over the years. I operate from my home. As part of my practice and abilities is being a psychic medium. I pass along messages from guides and spirit. I am separated 2.5 years from a 17 year relationship to a law enforcement officer. In this episode we discuss body positivity, advocating for men’s rights, the cycle of abuse, authenticity, mindset, empowerment and shame.
I am a 45 year old single momma to 2 boys (4 &11). A mens rights advocate for the past 2 years. My alternative therapy practice began 20 years ago and has continued to evolve over the years. I operate from my home. As part of my practice and abilities is being a psychic medium. I pass along messages from guides and spirit. I am separated 2.5 years from a 17 year relationship to a law enforcement officer. I was in a (mentally, verbally and emotionally) abusive relationship for those years and left when our youngest was 18months old. Part of my healing was understanding my ex’s upbringing and realizing that this was a cycle that needed to be broken. I educate my boys on utilizing proper communication skills as well as tapping into their emotions in order to have healthy relationships. I work one on one with men in all different capacities to facilitate healing from past trauma and old beliefs. I promote sex positive and body positive information as well to help dispell societys ideals on “acceptable” sex and body image. I do this through my blog posts and body positive modelling. I am a consultant with a local business that educates and provides a healthy positive space to explore sexuality.
