In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Cassandra Rosa.Cassandra is an intuitive life coach, reiki master, author, and speaker. She is also an award-winning speaker and an award-winning author of the book NOW WHAT: Create the Clarity to Achieve your Dreams! She was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and from the time she was a little girl she knew she wanted to make her mark on the world. In this episode we discuss coaching, intuition, now what moments, not feeling fulfilled, personal development, vision boards and meditation and the power of a smile.

Cassandra is an intuitive life coach, reiki master, author, and speaker. She was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and from the time she was a little girl she knew she wanted to make her mark on the world.

She studied Psychology at Brock University and as graduation approached she had a major NOW WHAT MOMENT. It was a moment of uncertainty of her next steps as most 20 somethings experience once they graduate. 

She participated in a study exchange at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and upon her return to Canada volunteered abroad in Namibia, Africa at an after school program mentoring children.

She followed her family’s footsteps in the insurance industry and later worked for several multi-billion dollar companies like Coca Cola and Nespresso.  

She has since invested over $60k plus in personal development courses and coaching. She has studied multiple modalities including NLP (neurolinguistic programming), business, spirituality, energy healing, and mindset courses.  

She is an award-winning speaker and an award-winning author of the book NOW WHAT: Create the Clarity to Achieve your Dreams!  

In Cassandra's spare time she loves to travel, go on thrill-seeking adventures, read personal development books, spend time with family, and spend time in nature. She is a member of Toastmasters International.
