In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Stephaine King. Stephanie is a real estate agent based in Toronto who has always enjoyed and had a passion for real estate. The architecture, social aspect and negotiations, all were passions of hers from a young age. She always knew, this is what she envisioned herself doing for her future and career. Fast forward to the present, and she is exactly where she pictured herself! Her first year in real estate, she made almost 100k, and she never looked back! Stephanie has been in the real estate industry for close to 5 years, and says she grows and excels in business each and everyday . In this episode we discuss mindset shifts, art, focus, giving back and helping others, sharing knowledge and empowering others and hitting milestones.

She received her brokers designation in 2019, which was one of her 5 year goals. She is an enthusiastic, driven individual who is charismatic and likes to enjoys life to the fullest. She is apart of the YPN Committee of TRREB, where she has spoken and helped assist other realtors at growing and succeeding in their real estate careers. Stephanie resides in Toronto (West End), where she recently renovated her condominum. In her spare time, she enjoys attending art and social events, travelling or spending time with animals - especially her dogs. She is an animal lover and art enthustist. Her heart is most definitely in all things real estate, and believes we never stop learning and growing. She wants to inspire and motivate others to live life to the fullest and always work hard to achieve your goals!
