Laura helps women to uncover areas in their life where they feel stuck so they can become un-stuck and to release the guilt that keeps holding them back from living the life they dream of! Laura’s belief is that it is in the alignment of body, mind, and spirit that completeness and wholeness can be realized as it already exists within each and every one of us!
Laura is a Reiki Practitioner and Access Consciousness Bars® Practitioner and has an intense personal connection to the healing power of Universal Life Force Energy. She believes that energy healing is an essential component of everyone’s journey toward true life transformation and is the creator of The Reiki Healing Meditation Experience where her mission is to bring together willing participants who consciously and energetically link their souls in meditation and as such, fulfill a special part of the Divine plan of the Universe.
Laura is the founder of Women’s Wellness Virtual Circle! Laura is passionate about bringing like-minded women together to share conversation, experiences, and advice on all topics health and wellness! It is Laura’s mission to create a space that is supportive and non-judgemental, where women can feel free to open up and share their feelings with one another. The purpose of this Circle is for women to support, empower, enlighten and LIFT one another!
