We seek to build thriving communities one woman at a time through reflection, meaningful conversation and honest exchanges.. In this episode we discuss holistic nutrition, health and wellness, community, energy work, women’s empowerment, the connection place, thrive and feed for love.

Nicki Di Gravina, PMP, RHN owner of Feedforlove, Founder of THRIVE and co-creator of The Pink Lemon Project.

Holistic health became a passion of hers over 10 years ago, which inspired her to become a holistic nutritionist. It all began when Nicki realized her nutritional habits were having a negative impact on her family’s health. It was an experience that reshaped her relationship with food, and changed her perspective for the better. Since then, Nicki has opened @Feedforlove, developed THRIVE (a fundraising initiative that also supports female entrepreneurs), and co-created The Pink Lemon Project. All of which reflects her commitment to empower others to create a better quality of life, and take back their health naturally through nutrition and more.

Carla Pietri, RHN, Reiki & EFT certified practitioner and co-creator of The Pink Lemon Project. Her love for holistic health and nutrition began after discovering the link between her poor health and multiple food sensitivities in her early 20’s. During her healing journey, Carla took charge of her health by learning how to nourish her body and mind with the foods that work well for her. She has then developed a passion for empowering others to dig deeper into their eating habits not only while facing health challenges, but also as a proactive and preventative approach to health. Dealing with anxiety led her to become an advocate for meditation, tapping and energy work as helpful practices to preserve both mental and physical health. Carla created @theconnectionplace in order to bring women together to support each other through life’s challenges and self- growth. It is her belief that being a part of a nourishing tribe of women needs to be a part of our self-care and mental health plan.
